Usha says: "Pattamma Patti is 85 years old. She never took leave for a day during the pandemic. Even if I asked her to not come, she would keep coming, saying she wouldn't be able to sleep if she didn't go out for work for a single day. She wakes up at dawn, lives alone on the 3rd floor in a single room made of asbestos, and always wants to be on her own. At times, she looks after her 7-year-old great-grandson. She is simply great!
