Sourav says: "There are many lessons to be learnt from the models adopted by food stores and suppliers of other essentials. Measures can include sanitization, social distancing, provision of protective equipment, and guidance given to staff. These models are still adapting, and it seems that no retailer, essential or otherwise, has yet perfected delivering a safe shopping environment in these difficult times. Some retailers are now considering whether to begin testing staff and perhaps customers for temperature.
