Kavya says: "My 2020 hero is Dhayalan C and he's a car mechanic. During the pandemic lockdown, he didn't get any clients for car repairs and was struggling financially. He also struggled to pay interest for the loans, household expenses and his children's academic expenses. Due to some savings in his bank, he was able to run the family. Because of this pandemic, he also struggled to admit his daughter in college due to the lack of response from colleges. Later, once the lockdown ended, he slowly started to get some clients, gained income and is trying to return to his normal life. So he's the person who I see as a hero, because even though he didn't get an income, he continued running the family with limited expenses and unlimited satisfaction.
